Vision is looking for an RF engineer with 2+ years of in-building distributed antenna system experience DAS experience. Someone who can design, install and commission a system with minimal direct guidance and supervision. Able to work with the sales, engineering, project management and installation teams within Vision to ensure projects are completed on time and with high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will be:

·         Work with Vision Sales team and provide pre-sales support at customer meetings

·         Writing the technical content for proposals and RFP responses.

·         Perform on-site surveys

·         RF propagation modeling and develop a DAS design to meet customer and carrier requirements

·         DAS system installation and coordination with Vision’s project management and cabling installation teams.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to proactively work with Wireless Service Providers and end-customers.

·         Maintain, troubleshoot and repair existing systems

·         Able to set priorities and complete tasks on time with minimal supervision  

Qualifications:

·         2+ years of in-building distributed antenna system experience  

·         Experience with MobileAccess, Andrew or ADC/LGC preferred.

·         Experience with iBwave or other design tools

·         Experience with Invex3G or other survey tools

·         Able to perform site surveys

·         Able to perform installations of DAS equipment and systems

·         Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.

·         Able to coordinate and effectively work within a team when needed.
