General Description

The Senior Audio - Visual Systems Engineer will provide sales support and project engineering services by assisting with client needs analysis, system design, proposal generation, labor estimation, shop drawing creation, system testing and configuration. Experience Requirements

Candidate must have prior experience designing commercial AV systems. Other requirements include experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, audio DSP platforms such as Biamp Audia / Nexia, Clear-One, BSS; Tandberg, Polycom and/or Lifesize VTC equipment; transmission platforms such as Cobra-Net, Crestron DM, Extron, etc.. AMX and Crestron programming, EASE and Smaart experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications required. Excellent troubleshooting skills preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field, or comparable experience. CTS certification required, CTS-D is preferred. Must demonstrate continued technical education through vendor and/or industry certifications.
