Nationwide Technology Chart 1Vision's professional project management services provide the foundation for our approach to 100% customer satisfaction. Our clients recognize the value of, and the need for, project management as well; as such, Vision dedicates a professional from the very outset and extending throughout the customer relationship, to assemble and apply the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and resources to:

  • Coordinate myriad functions from needs analysis to planning/pilot to execution to lessons learned
  • Deliver on time, on budget
  • Provide in-process quality control
  • Make available real-time status reporting
  • Achieve goals and objectives
  • Ensure contract and project requirements are entirely met
  • Improve service delivery performance throughout the partnership

Nationwide Technology and Deployment Services Chart 2Vision simultaneously coordinates myriad functions while closely communicating with our clients through all project tasks, including:

  • Project requirements definition
  • Resource procurement and management
  • Post-implementation review
  • Final project review and evaluation (lessons learned)

The project/requirements definition process typically begins before the sale is completed. Our Project Managers will work with your team to identify all aspects of the project. Key to this stage of the project is the complete understanding of the project scope of work, establishment of key milestones for the project, setting mutually acceptable timeframes for delivery, and agreeing upon the criteria for measuring success with the project. This is a collaborative process between Vision and the client.

At the resource procurement and management stage, the Vision Project Manager will procure the appropriate technical resources based on the Project Definition. Materials, if required, will also be ordered during this stage. Detailed information agreed to by Vision and the client in the Project Definition stage is communicated to the technicians as they are trained on the specifics of this project. This stage also includes management and oversight of the Vision technicians as the project unfolds and as key milestones are hit.

During post-implementation review, the Vision Project Manager confirms completion of the project at this point. Performance on the completed project is measured against the criteria set during the Project Definition. Quality of workmanship and timeliness of delivery are two of the most important criterion measured during the Post-Implementation Review.

The final project review and evaluation process takes place between Vision and the client at the conclusion of a project. Here, we will measure our overall success on the project based on the criteria agreed upon in the Project Definition. Billing will be reviewed for accuracy and an overall evaluation of the project will be delivered to the client. This stage is complete when the client is satisfied with the project results.

Vision looks for partners based upon three key criteria-technical expertise, responsiveness, and quality of workmanship. All Vision partners must be certified in their area of expertise and possess a verifiable track record of quality installations. To ensure the highest standards, all Vision Partners are subject to rigorous and continual quality evaluations that include a customer rating upon project completion. Every partner must maintain high customer satisfaction scores in order to ensure continued membership in the program. In fact, more than 80% of all work done by Vision is through a partner who has been a member of the program for over nine years.

Vision's Partners Program includes:

  • Formalized qualification and contractor-management discipline
  • 8,000 field technicians nationwide
  • On call 24x7 across North America
  • Industry certified, adhere to continuing education guidelines
  • Consistent standardized performance
  • Quarterly review and evaluation

Over the past 12 years, we have developed a network of partners experienced in international rollouts that span north and South America, using our time tested Vision Partners (VP) Program. The VP Program is a formalized qualification and contractor-management discipline, implemented to assure consistent standardized performance. VP Partners around the world maintain a well-defined set of industry certifications, adhere to continuing education guidelines, and undergo quarterly review and evaluation. VP Partners maintain multiple certifications, from BICSI certified installers, technicians and RCDDs to Microsoft Certified System Engineers, UNIX certifications and Cisco engineers at every level. All VP Partners practice standard global networks service procedures to achieve consistent quality and workmanship for every installation.
